David E. Krause practices
in the areas of civil litigation and comercial, corporate and property
transactions. In 1964, Mr. Krause graduated, summa cum laude, from
the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts and was admitted
to Phi Beta Kappa. He received hid J.D. from Harvard Law School
in 1967. After serving in the United States Army, Mr. Krause started
practicing law in 1969. He is admitted to practice before the courts
of the State of Minnesota (1967), The United States District Court
for Minnesota (1970), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
(1977), and the U.S. Supreme Court (1979). Mr. Krause had experience
with many kinds of cases and problems and brings sound judgment
and determined advocacy to every matter.
Ronald L. Rollins
concentrates on labor law, an area in which he had considerable
experience and is particularly adept. His work covers a range of
issues pertaining to employment and labor. His thorough, persistant
approach to his cases has yielded many impressive victories on behalf
of his clients.
Mr. Rollins earned his B.A. from Bowdoin College
in 1966 before going on to graduate cum laude from the University
of Wisconsin with his J.D. After earning his law degree, Mr. Rollins
was admitted to the bar in Wisconsin and Minnesota in 1972. He has
also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court since
1979.
Mr. Rollins belongs to a number of important legal
organizations. He has been elected a "Super Lawyer" by
his collegues. He is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota
State, and American Bar Associations as well as the State Bar of
Wisconsin. From 1971- 1972, he was a member of the Wisconsin Law
Review.
James B. Hovland focuses his practice
on civil litigation with a mass tort emphasis. He also works with
many small business clients' concerns. His expertise covers a broad
range of civil law topics, and he is well-versed in all kinds of
transportation issues. Mr. Hovland has a proven track record of
success in all of his primary practice areas.
Mr. Hovland completed his undergraduate education
at the University of North Dakota. He then went on to earn his law
degree from the University of Colorado in 1972. He was admitted
to the bar in North Dakota the same year. He is also admitted to
practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit (1976),
Minnesota, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit (1980), U.S. District
Court, District of Minnesota (1984), and the U.S. Court of Appeals,
Fourth Circuit (1988).
Mr. Hovland is an active member of the legal community,
belonging to a number of prestigious legal organizations. He is
a member of Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations,
The State Bar Association of North Dakota, The Association of Trial
Lawyers of America, and the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.
He is also active politically, serving on Metropolitan transportation
committees and the Edina City Council.
